Having taught college-level courses – first in classrooms then on-line -- since 1976, I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about how to design instructional material to meet learning objectives for younger people as well as adults. I’ve designed and written instructional materials for business since 1985; here are some recent examples of the online work I’ve done.
National Insurance Crime Training Academy
With Steve Zaransky and Airways Digital Media, I’ve designed and written a number of training courses for insurance adjusters. The goal is usually the same: to alert them to indicators of possible fraud perpetrated by either potential insureds or claimants. With Cohen Communications and Quicksilver Associates, designed and wrote interactive training that enables users to walk through a virtual environment and learn key training points while seeming to “play a game.” View >
